It is unfortunate that there was miscommunication and you were unhappy after discussing extended warranty opportunities and mechanical inspection options with our Finance Manager. Warranty options are limited on some pre-owned vehicles but we always provide all warranty options to our customers whether they are purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. Whether they purchase one or not is totally the customers decision and we apologize if you felt pressured in any way. Customers purchasing a pre-owned vehicle always have the option of a pre-delivery independent mechanic inspection prior to purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. We do apologize for the poor communication on this issue. There is no excuse for that and we will use this a learning situation for our team. As far as tire repair compared to replacement on vehicles. For safety, insurance and liability reasons any puncture in the last section of inner or outer edges of tire are not allowed by tire manufacturer to be patched (plugs are not supposed to be used) due to a higher probability of repair not holding. We have an open shop policy to any customer to come back and take a look at vehicles before any repairs are made or for any explanation for the repair.
