Everyone I dealt with was great, but Scott Griffin was wonderful. I've bought several cars, but I've never dealt with a salesman as outstanding as Scott. Usually the sales person will show me a couple of features for the new car, but Scott took his time to explain the different screens and how to do several things so that I didn't have to sit down and search through the Owner's Manual to figure out how to sync my phone, add stations to the Favorite list, etc. I would recommend Crews Subaru without a doubt. I'd give Scott 10s on a scale of 5 as he was truly outstanding! More

This is, by far, the very best car dealership I have ever been to. Their customer service is above & beyond the best. Jason & Matt are especially to be commended for their service. They are always always courteous, efficient, extremely professional & caring of their customers. I came to Charleston almost 4 years ago, after driving from Arizona with my 2004 Outback. When it was time to purchase a new car, I did not go to any other dealer but Crews, due to the type of service I continually receive. Others I have spoken to, while waiting for my car to be serviced, feel the same way. I will always continue to service my wonderful 2014 Outback Subaru at Crews; mostly because of the service I receive from Jason & Matt. I can't remember my salesman for my 2014, but think it was Scott, who was also awesome. More

Rhett was incredibly accommodating and took the time to listen to what it was my husband and I were looking for. He patiently provided thorough information on a variety of options so that we could make an educated decision. He was informative and available without every being pushy or making us feel uncomfortable over the several weeks we worked together. He was very well educated and we are thrilled with the outcome of our experience with him. Pam was helpful, friendly, and efficient while completing paperwork. It was easily a fantastic experience and I could not recommend Rhett and Crews highly enough. Doug also needs mentioned because he was always incredibly helpful while I was having work done on my old Forrester before leasing the Crosstrek- he was always, always friendly and helpful (even when I called him four times in one day). Everyone at Crews is professional and friendly and it's clear they have the best interest of the customers in mind. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff! More
