If you are looking for a car (used or new), it would totally stupid on your part to not go see Nina at Crews. I have owned 7 cars in my life, and will never buy from anyone else but Nina Milroth again. If she ever leaves Crews I will follow her. Need a car go see Nina. More

New tire I had a blow out on my front tire and came into the Service Center for a new one a few months ago. I just purchased my second Crosstrek and found out I had a blow out on my front tire and came into the Service Center for a new one a few months ago. I just purchased my second Crosstrek and found out that my extended service contract covered the new tire. When we inquired about the charge, Scott checked with the Service Center and H.R. We received a call later telling us the entire cost of the tire would be refunded even though we didn't claim it at the time. We have purchased 4 cars from this dealer and get all service from them...great place and great people. More
Another awesome experience at "The Subie Store"! I returned a week later for something I was only curious about and Matt just went above and beyond in addressing that (kudos also to Thomas on the Mx floor). Now, on to Sales: Josh and Millet...bottom line, if you don't already have your favorites in Sales definitely see them. They represent the brand and the dealership with the highest marks in my opinion. Miss Linda led us right to our newest Forester online and Miss Pam helped us drive it away! Best experience buying a car I've ever had! I made about 3 trips here before making my purchase, with some trips to other dealers in between. I was very upfront about wanting to shop around before making a decision and not one time was I pressured to make a deal. The folks here at subaru actually told me to go out and check out other brands and to do my research, but they let me know they would be here waiting for me when I made my choice. Subarus sell themselves in my opinion. I bought a 2017 legacy sport with the eye sight and soo far I love this car. I came from a crew cab 4x4 truck and I still feel like I have plenty of room in this sedan. Scott and Robert were awesome and extremely helpful when I did have a question and I felt more like I wasaid being treated as a friend than as a customer. Even going through finance and singing my contract was a pleasant experience. Everything was explained and I didn't feel like I was being pushed to get every extra feature or warranty package if I didn't want it. Subaru has my business for life. More

Salesman Trey Norwood met us at the door and proceeded to dispel ALL of my concerns about the car buying experience. Trey made short work of discovering what we wanted and showing us cars that exactly matched what we had specified. He answered all of our questions, allowed us to test drive as long as we liked, and never once pressured us to buy more than we wanted. He showed true concern in making sure that he understood what we wanted. We could not have been more pleased with Trey's patience and assistance. Once a selection had been made, Trey again made short work of the assessment of our trade-in and the financing paperwork. Imagine our surprise, when the finance numbers were presented to us, that Crews had reduced the price of the car by $1500!! As I reflect on the experience after the fact, I can happily say that this was the most pleasant car-buying experience we have ever had. And the car is AWESOME, too! More
