I explained to the sales rep. "Rhett" that we were not going to buy a car today and we were only out researching several different vehicles. While he left us on our own for a shor "Rhett" that we were not going to buy a car today and we were only out researching several different vehicles. While he left us on our own for a short time he returned to see if we had any questions and of course we did. We led him to the vehicle we were initially interested in and the learning began. After explaining the different "systems" incorporated within the vehicle we moved on to a second vehicle to which he again briefed us on the in's and out's of the vehicles operation and safety features. No talk of money, payments or financing were ever brought up. Taking a tour of the dealership we met and talked with employees in all departments. EVERYONE was friendly and willing to take a few minutes to speak with us and not because they had to. We were truly impressed with this entire dealership, it's like none other than we've ever been to. So now we own a 2023 Forester, Thank you Rhett and thank you Crews Subaru of Charleston, it was a great experience. More
