I brought my 2019 Accent in to have a 6 month 4000 mi service and to check brakes which were squealing .after a two hour wait I was told they had to order parts I was called back to replace brakes, af service and to check brakes which were squealing .after a two hour wait I was told they had to order parts I was called back to replace brakes, after a two hour wait I was told they had to order a special tool to fix my brakes and they would call m when it came in my brakes are still squealing and there is another two hour wait to replace them when it does six hours of waiting, three, hour long trips to and from dealership I love my car and like the folks at Crews Subaru but really. The best car buying experience in my life! I was ready to purchase a new car and I knew I wanted to purchase a Subaru. I had one many years ago and always loved it. I met with Rhett to buy my c I was ready to purchase a new car and I knew I wanted to purchase a Subaru. I had one many years ago and always loved it. I met with Rhett to buy my car. I had already briefly talked with him and told him what I wanted. He was amazing. He explained everything to me. Before going on the test drive, he explained the car features to me. It is a lot to take in and I am still learning almost a month after purchasing my car. Rhett explained the price and then let me make my decision with out any pressure. This was the best car buying experience I have had in my life. Thank you Crews Subaru. More

Awesome Service Team The service team is awesome to deal with. When the check engine light came on I was taken in without an appointment and the defective item was replace The service team is awesome to deal with. When the check engine light came on I was taken in without an appointment and the defective item was replace. Then when it came on again they keep our car and give me a loaner to drive until they could find out what was wrong. It turn out the the new sensor that was replaced. The new sensor turn out to be defective and they replaced the it with a new one and now the car is fixed and runs great. A big thank to Shawn and the service team More
