This place has unacceptable business practices. Every 2-3 weeks, I'm getting red fagged messages to schedule a repair of recalled part on my Subaru Outback starting November 2021. If not repaired, Every 2-3 weeks, I'm getting red fagged messages to schedule a repair of recalled part on my Subaru Outback starting November 2021. If not repaired, the engine could be ruined. I called many times to put my car on their schedule without any success. There is only one person to do that and amazingly she is either out of the office or on the phone or unavailable for 4 months. Today I was told that they don't have necessary parts for the nearest future. I was also told to call them if my car is shaking violently or driving uncontrollably. Will I be able to call them before the crash? More

VERY pleasant and smooth new 2022 Ascent purchase. Knowledgeable and professional- no hiccups. I flew in to get my new car and Dan even picked me up at the airport. Nice people, great experience. We went to just window shop but left with a beautiful new Outback that we love. Rhett and the whole team were fantastic in a zillion ways! We could not have been treated better.
