I recently visited Crews Subaru service department for regular maintenance on my 22 BRZ. Also had received a recall letter for updating Starlink. Hadn't made an appointment, but Dena had everything take regular maintenance on my 22 BRZ. Also had received a recall letter for updating Starlink. First time subaru buyer. I find it hard to relate to the five star reviews. Every time I call about anything service related, I cannot get answers, only that someone will cal I find it hard to relate to the five star reviews. Every time I call about anything service related, I cannot get answers, only that someone will call me back, but never does. Overfill at oil changes, so had to make another appointment to drain some out. Now have a recall or whatever for Starklink being screwed up! Nobody cares! Sad. Have had many cars at 73 years old, but thought Subaru was suppose to be dependable. Actually afraid to attempt a 2,000 mile trip! Don't be fooled with the five star crap! More
