Great Customer Service Millet was great. Completely no pressure and got us exactly what we wanted. Have you ever gone to a dealership and just weren't sure if it was a good Millet was great. Completely no pressure and got us exactly what we wanted. Have you ever gone to a dealership and just weren't sure if it was a good deal or not? What did you get? Usually the full court press, your sales guy walks away to "talk to the dealer", the 3 different sales folks come over, then the manager/owner/director ALWAYS comes over and says: "What would it take to get you in that brand new car today?" which always ends up being a bad deal. With Millet, we came in, we test drove two separate cars. We were going back and forth over trim levels, and just didn't want to spend so much on a car. So, like any good buyer, we walked away. The real question was, what did Millet do? No pressure, just said: "Just think about it and give me a call when you are ready?". I don't even think he thought we would be back. We went, grabbed a bite to eat, checked all of the Subaru dealer inventory across the state, and determined that we actually didn't want two of the higher end options after the test drive. The car we did want was at the dealer. What brought us back that day? The fact that there was no pressure to BE back that day. The dealer gave us a great deal on our trade-in, most likely having to do with Millet, and we were sent to Pam for financing. I have NEVER been in and out of a dealership as fast as Pam and Millet got us through. Usually it's a 5-7 hour ordeal. If you count test driving two cars (around two hours), negotiating, financing and taking possession of the vehicle, we were there only 3.5 hours. So, basically 90 minutes after we had decided what we wanted we were leaving with a new car. The financing portion with Pam was great. Incredibly quick. She also helped us out to make sure our auto insurance was all set and correct. Overall, an amazing job and easily the best car buying experience I have had in my life. More

We used the "Build to Buy" program through CR and then visited the dealer for a test drive to ensure compatibility with the model chosen. Anthony did a great job finding a car with the features we wanted (the color wasn't available from the lot) so that we could test drive it, explained the features of the car, and really gave us a good feel for the Subaru product. Anthony listened to what we wanted and arranged to have the exact car we wanted transferred from another dealership within 2 days. Once delivered, Anthony explained the operation of the car carefully. Settling on the price was painless with Anthony since we had already priced the vehicle through the Build to Buy program and Anthony had the certificate. Pam did a great job explaining our financing options - we had been cleared at our bank for a rate higher than the Subaru rate so we asked the bank to match it - which they wouldn't. Pam efficiently processed the paperwork and had us out the door at a very low interest rate. Both Anthony and Pam worked as a team to make our buying experience pleasant and efficient - they know their stuff! I recommend these guys to anybody looking to purchase a Subaru. More

First Car buying experince I have given Crews 5 stars overall because they deserve it. I came just looking to see what the 2015 WRX looked like in person and I was greeted by Ra I have given Crews 5 stars overall because they deserve it. I came just looking to see what the 2015 WRX looked like in person and I was greeted by Ralph. After taking me to show the ones they had in stock he offered to let me take it for a test drive and after being asked if I was sure a few times I finally cracked and said yes. The following weekend I came back in to see if they could find me the exact version of the WRX that I wanted. After a lot of searching (4 surrounding states they were able to track down one 2 hours away at another dealership. After taking the night to ponder it over I came monday and we put the paper work in motion. 2 days later the car was on their lot and the keys were in my possession. Ralph was an excellent, very low pressure salesman. All he really did was introduce my new Subaru. Pam has to be the best Financial person in all of Subaru as she managed to get me 2.9% on my loan for the car (With little Credit). I will be recommending them to everyone in need of a new car! More

At Crews everything went well right from the start, and I kept waiting for the hammer to fall once the numbers were discussed. But the numbers were presented as transparently and as straightforward as the rest of the process had been. When it came time to discuss financing, I met with the finance person face to face and she went over the various OPTIONS I had for financing and payments. Everyone was friendly. Anthony went above and beyond—he even returned my other car whose lease was up back to that dealership and made all the phone calls to the insurance company, etc. The other salespeople were also nice. When I filled out the loan application online, the internet salesperson immediately sent me a personalized email. When I told her I had already spoken to another salesperson, she told me she would tell him I was coming in and make sure he got the message that I'd completed the application. Pam and Anthony were great. I actually hope I run into them outside of the dealership—they were that nice and just real down-to-earth people. I cannot say enough about Anthony, Pam, and Crews Subaru. Not to mention, I love my car! More

Linda Breedlove did a great job answering my questions and concerns via email and on the phone, Trey Norwood handled the test drive and paperwork with my daughter to her desire, and Pam Baker did a great job of follow up with the sales, licensing and tax paperwork via phone and the mail. A very good experience, and I would recommend Crews based on our purchase. More
Ralph is a consummate professional who was very positive and immensely helpful from the very start. I was only in town for the weekend, and he made my lightning quick buy possible and really pushed it throu and immensely helpful from the very start. I live out of state, and when I ran into some issues about a month later with an unnecessary part purchase (a sport throw shifter from Crews, apparently Subaru puts them in the STi's stock and doesn't tell anyone) Ralph did all the legwork and made sure I got my money back. I'd say he went above and beyond the call of salesmanship to ensure that I was a fully satisfied customer. I'd recommend buying from Ralph -- he'll look out for you even after the dealership already has your money. More
