I had Inspection I, II performed at Crevier BMW. Each time they overfilled engined oil.(putting 7quarts instead of 5.5...) The problem starts with the service advisors's B.S...I told Chris Woodley(my adv time they overfilled engined oil.(putting 7quarts instead of 5.5...) The problem starts with the service advisors's B.S...I told Chris Woodley(my advisor) to extract some of the oil...but he did not even know how many quarts of oil M3 requires...He then refused to do it, saying it was a typo!! So I suggested to check the dip stick...yes, it showed they overfilled. Chris then went to talk with mechanics in service depart, still trying to prove that I was wrong or something...then I really started to get pissed off! Hey, did Imention they overfilled twice already? Anyways, Chris told me that he extracted some oil and it's good to go. So I came backhome and a few days later I check dip stick again. Guess what, oil still overfilled...xxx So I went back to the dealer and addressed the issue to Chris. He said that he never acknowledged the overfill before and said the infamous statement again...."it was a typo". Well I had it enough and left. But I wouldn't recommend anybody going to Crevier BMW...Just look out guys.... More
What a difference! I recently purchased a perowned 1999 328i from Ken and he was easy to deal with, knowledgeable and helped me find exactly the car I was searching for.<br>Mike Lumia in finance helped get 328i from Ken and he was easy to deal with, knowledgeable and helped me find exactly the car I was searching for.<br>Mike Lumia in finance helped get a rate on the loan I thought was unheard of and helped it go thru quickly. Also answered all of my questions regarding extended warranty.<br>As with most cars, I had a couple of minor issues (small trim pieces, etc) that were discovered after purchase. Josh (and a couple other people-quite a few working in that deaprtment) helped me resolve all the issues, and helped keep the out-of-pocket expense to a minimum<br><br>Overall, what a place to buy a car! And service will keep me coming back! More
I now have an expensive sports car I cannot drive on public streets because the sales managers have been stringing me along for months about getting the DMV paperwork squared away. Each sales manager t public streets because the sales managers have been stringing me along for months about getting the DMV paperwork squared away. Each sales manager tells me a different story (sounds like somebody lying?) about how "Dara" is on top of it and getting it straightened out. Talked to Dara today, and she says she's sorry but she has so many DMV problems backed-up she's not familiar with mine, and that NEITHER sales manager has spoken to her about the problems, and that she's taken NO ACTION to date. My recommendation: If you want a pre-owned BMW, buy it out of the paper, have a BMW-Certified mechanic check it out. If you need financing, go to your bank or credit union. You'll save a few thousand, and the so-called convenience, "Crevier Difference" service, and protection of buying from a reputable dealer are actually negatives at this dealership -- not something you should have to pay through the nose for, as you will at Crevier. Be careful out there! More
Reportedly they "sell" more BMW's than any other dealer in the USA. Frist of all, bear in mind that about 97% of their BMW's are leased and not sold. Second, realize where the dealer is loca other dealer in the USA. Frist of all, bear in mind that about 97% of their BMW's are leased and not sold. Second, realize where the dealer is located, in Orange County, which has arguably the largest BMW population outside of Bavaria itself. In other words, it's not that hard for them to move lots of BMW's. <br><br>Having said that, I could care less how many they sell, because the day I go there to buy a new 3 series they won't sell it to me! They had poor selection and only one black/tan 3 series coupe which just arrived. This was exactly the car I was looking for and tried to make an offer. The salesman told me they were going to use it as a demo and couldn't sell it to me and the earliest I could get one would be 2+ months. I made it clear that I wanted it today not in 2+ months. He did the famous "I'll check with my mananger" (do you ever wonder why we just can't deal with the managers' since they seem to make all the decisions). He came back with a resounding "no." <br><br>I drove to Long Beach BMW which had a great selection of that model and a couple of hours later drove home in my new car. A couple hours later the Crevier salesman called my home and told me that they decided that they would sell me the car. Gee thanks! I told him I'll be right over. Idiot. More
Although they are good at diagnosing problems with your BMW, they are not the nicest dealer for service. After having gone to them for years and paid for service on a total of 8 BMW's they have absolutely BMW, they are not the nicest dealer for service. After having gone to them for years and paid for service on a total of 8 BMW's they have absolutely no regard for satisfaction of a return customer. Zero. Ziltch. My car was just over warranty and had a minor interior trim issue that was a problem for 1-2 months, but I didn't have time to go to the dealer and leave the car there all day (they don't give loaners and I work too far away for their shuttle service) until the car was just over warranty (like 2 days). And they wouldn't fix the problem! Unbelieveable! I asked them about the many other times I've used them for service in Orange County, all the ca$h I spent there, etc. <br>"Sorry it's out of warranty" was the parrot like reply. <br><br>I EVEN SHOWED HIM THE BMW SERVICE BULLETIN STATING THE EXISTENCE OF THE PROBLEM AND WHAT BMW RECOMMENDS TO DO FOR A FIX. UNDER WARRANTY. His only reply was where did I get a copy of that service bulletin!!!<br><br>This guy would make a great xxxx!<br><br>The other work they performed cost a fortune. I'll never ever ever go there again not even for a xxxxing $0.05 washer (which by the way, with their grossly inflated pricing would cost $49.95)<br><br>The interesting thing is that I never received a call from BMW regarding evaluating this service. Hmmm? I would bet money that they didn't report it because they knew that I would give them a bad review.<br><br>Overall, they are on par with Assael (xxxxxxx) BMW as a dealer to completely avoid for service. Keep in mind that Bob Smith BMW still wins as the worst dealer for BMW service on planet earth. More

The salesperson and the service rep were fine, but the dealership scores very high on the incompetancy scale. They lost my contact information several times. They lied to me about a number of things (th dealership scores very high on the incompetancy scale. They lost my contact information several times. They lied to me about a number of things (the order status, where the car was, what was done to it, what I was owed, whether they'd attempted to contact me or not....... the list goes on). My car was delivered undetailed and without the requisite tank of gas. When I returned for it, I was made to wait an additional 4 hours over the promised time. When I got the car back, it was very dirty and it was apparent that the detailers had been driving the car with the handbrake on.<br><br>The service technicians were incompetant as well - of 6 issues I identified, they claimed to have fixed 5. I get the car home to find only two had been dealt with.<br><br>I'm not going back to them for anything, and highly recommend others avoid them as well. I don't care how polite you are to me if you can't get the job done. Please, get me someone who can. More
First time I went to Crevier interested in X5, I drove in with my friend's X5. We got a nice test drive and presentation.<br><br>Second time I went to crevier by myself wearing normal work clothes, I had to with my friend's X5. We got a nice test drive and presentation.<br><br>Second time I went to crevier by myself wearing normal work clothes, I had to wait 15-20 min before the CA came out, I called and made an appt to go in. He wouldn't even go over the price with me, and talked with me at the side door. His name was danny nguyen, dont deal with him if he still works there.<br><br>Third time I went to Crevier because I was ready to purchase. A random CA (gaby) just let us take a 4.4 X5 out by ourselves even though I've driven all the X5's already. I was ready to make a deal for the car and made several offers, but they couldn't do $2500 under MSRP. But service was very good despite the fact. I ended up going elsewhere and got $4100 off MSRP. But would still recommend the dealership. More
Excellent service from their service & parts dept! They know their stuff! I drove 40 miles passing 4 dealerships to see their award winning service I keep hearing about on Bimmer Roadfly! Their service w know their stuff! I drove 40 miles passing 4 dealerships to see their award winning service I keep hearing about on Bimmer Roadfly! Their service was great for my first oil change! Their parts dept is the best! They hosted in April 2003, an X5 owner post sale convention in Indio, CA. Crevier arranged the tech session, giveaways, promotions, the best food, and a great time! They do this for non Crevier customers as well - treating you very well! I'll buy my next BMW from Crevier! What a great eye opening dealership located among a sea of other dealers in the Santa Ana Auto mall! Well worth the drive ! More
