I purchased a brand-new BMW i4 from Crevier in September, and what should have been an exciting experience turned into a complete headache. I reside in Palm Springs, and even with the distance, I September, and what should have been an exciting experience turned into a complete headache. I reside in Palm Springs, and even with the distance, I chose Crevier because I expected a higher level of professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Upon delivery, I immediately noticed damage to the rear bumper. Crevier acknowledged it and assured me their body shop could repair it flawlessly. Since it was a brand-new vehicle, I reluctantly agreed. Although they did arrange pickup and provided a loaner, the car was returned to me with more issues than it left with—overspray on the rear fenders, rubber seals, and tail lights, plus swirl marks all over the bumper. For a dealership of this size, this level of workmanship is unacceptable. I contacted Crevier on October 30, 2025, and the General Manager, Anthony La, initially asked for photos. After sending them, I heard nothing for days. I followed up on November 4, and instead of Anthony responding, Megan Quezada, a Sales Manager, emailed me—asking what the issue was, even though it was clearly explained in my original message with photos attached. Between November 4–5, I actually received conflicting emails from both Anthony and Megan, demonstrating that neither manager was communicating with the other. It was unprofessional, confusing, and frustrating. They eventually picked up the vehicle again and provided another loaner. After a few days, communication once again went silent. When my car was finally returned, I received no service paperwork—something that is standard procedure for any dealership visit, let alone repairs initiated by them. I emailed Crevier again on November 18, 21, and 24, requesting the service documentation. As of December 11, 2025, I have been completely ignored. No response from Anthony, no response from Megan, and still no paperwork. This entire experience has been awful. Crevier acted as though they were doing me a favor, when in reality, they caused additional damage, delivered poor-quality repairs, and then ignored my requests for basic documentation. For both a General Manager and a Sales Manager to disregard a customer after a mishandled repair is reprehensible. I will not be returning to Crevier BMW for any future purchases or service, and I do not recommend them to anyone. More

In my most recent service, he assisted me with a windshield replacement and even helped contact my insurance company to sort out all the details. His support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. JR is truly helpful and professional, and I will definitely continue working with him for my future services.
