We brought a preowned 750li the sales transaction was easy. The car had a few minor scratches that we asked to have touched up. So, we dropped the car off the first time it was there all day and when we easy. The car had a few minor scratches that we asked to have touched up. So, we dropped the car off the first time it was there all day and when we can to pick it up the scrachted hadn't been taken care of, all they did was wash the car. So, we had to came back again to see if they could get it right this time but 8 hours later the car was washed again but the scratches remained. When we pointed this out to them they asked to leave the car and it would be taken care of the first thing, 8 hours later we called to check on the car and we were told that it was halfway finished and would be done tomorrow. How long does it take to touch up and couple of scratches? Apparently at Crevier it takes about 30 hours. They make takening your money smooth but once that is over they really don't do anything to make you happy or want to go back for anything. More
