Service of my vehicle was fine - dealership provided the vehicle on time and completed all of the service items as defined. This that caused concern relates to the loaner car process. After completing the paperwork process with the Loaner desk I waited with other customers to be called. The Valet called my first name but another customer immediately jumped up and walked out with the valet. After waiting an additional 10 mins I asked how much longer the wait would be. It then occurred to ask if the person that responded to my name actually left in the vehicle that was supposed to be assigned to me. Turns out it did, the dealership did not reconfirm the name of the party leaving with the loaner, and provided all of my personal information / PII to this other person at the same time. While I was provided a loaner and the service was completed as defined, I was not able to speak with a Manager at any point before/during/after to confirm the vehicle and my documentation were returned or to acknowledge this mistake made. The Valet simply stated "too bad, sorry". Mistakes happen, compounding them with poor follow up and customer service is a miss. Sharing customer PII in CA is illegal, something the Valet did acknowledge. More

When I first got my low mileage BMW X3 Vermillion red with premium Nevada leather chestnut red interior fully loaded + mods. A year later I had an electrical instrument problem and they took care of it was just out of warranty. (Whispered / Shhhh, shhhhh) I was *very grateful that would have costed me🙉 $800+. 👍 2. I took it in for a schedule included maintenance and everything went well except one of the service advisors was not paying much attention and he was multitasking too much... I over looked at that because that's one person out of the whole dealership and it doesn't *define the dealership.. I wasn't that happy / but of course the service for the car was great and everything came out just right.... not all service advisors are created the same* 3. *This is the BIG ONE.. this is the one where you really know whos on your team and who's going to get you... My car was out of warranty already but very low mileage for five years old. **Smart me 🤴 had bought and a very good platinum premium extended warranty, I highly recommend everyone does !!!! My steering became like a tractor from the 1940s..lol.. That's really bad for high performance car... extremely difficult to steer so I knew different things were going on not good.. I took it in, the service advisor I had understood all my wants and needs the way I wanted things with my special rims & special leather interior and they met ALL my needs. Gave me an estimate that of course threw me off my shoes but it is exactly what was going on with the car, around $8,000 worth to be fixed... YIKES...That also included the service and other checks that needed to be done as well. I asked him to fight hard with my car warranty to cover everything that could be covered...It was hit and miss / touch and go they weren't going to cover some things but they ended up covering everything that needed to be covered !!! Most !!! I was extremely grateful just this one time the warranty paid itself off completely !!! I came out of pocket less than 2K !! That's including my $250 premium and the other general things besides the main problem. A whole lot done bringing her back to completely brand new 👸🏻💐 and I'm extremely happy of the way my car was treated and how everything went... I was so skeptical but that's just me being cautious with my baby. She's a total looker, I'll look after her like I would anyone else. Yes my car is a she " Betty " and " wet Betty " when she gets freshly detailed or washed because she's ravenous an amazingly glossy. Okay okay, back to the point. I could have gone to other dealerships but they've been taking care of me well like they do customers, great sitting area, free CREVIER water, nice facility, good service and some food to purchase Etc. *Difficult to complain.. Unless you're the type that just does and I read some reviews and I can tell why those people are that way perhaps control issues patience issues other *personal issues...🙊🙉🙈 Myself, I would recommend service advisor *GEORGE RAYGOZA BMW SERVICE ADVISOR, for he will be fair an advocate for you if you have a car warranty !!! When it comes to the deal, this crevier bmw dealership happen to be the worst. It seems like these sales people only think about making money without giving any professional service to the customers. Ther happen to be the worst. It seems like these sales people only think about making money without giving any professional service to the customers. There are many other dealership like fletcher Jones, bmw of Buena Park or any other bmw dealership that can treat you like a customers! Be Careful! More
