I’ve been a customer to this dealership for five years and have leased three cars through them. Unfortunately today ended my loyalty to the brand and dealer and I have purchased my second car with Volkswa and have leased three cars through them. I had an appointment arranged with Kenny and at my arrival, I was told he was busy with another customer so I was repositioned with Giddiani. I was inquiring about purchasing my currently leased vehicle and was told that due to a new recall that showed up at 2am on this date of my appointment, I could no longer purchase my vehicle because it would create a legal issue for them. The recall was actually posted July 16 according to my insurance company so the fact that the dealer has less a clue about recalls on their vehicles seemed sus. I contacted weeks prior to schedule my appointment for purchasing and I could’ve been notified about this prior to my arrival. Had they been honest with me during this entire process and treated me with some decency, I would’ve gone into a new lease. Instead I paid off and returned my vehicle and went down the street to work with Volkswagen again based on my last purchase there a few weeks ago. Two car family here and I was intending on keeping one bmw in the family but that will have to wait for now. Honestly, I worked with Ivan Brooks on my last two leases and he was very honest and respectful. As a returning customer I wish now that I would’ve been able to work with him again, but I figured that everyone in the sales department would be at his level of professionalism. Turns out not so much. More
