Shawn Veronese and her team, especially Eric, are absolutely great to work with! I have bought from Sterling BMW, Irvine BMW and now twice from Crevier BMW. Crevier has by far exceeded my expectations every time from a sales and service ongoing perspective. The team is very friendly, accommodating, and honest to work with through every step of the way. Shawn has taken care of me and my bmw needs for several years now and it always feels like her team "rolls out the red carpet" for me every time I come in there. They have great follow up and make sure that you walk away satisfied, comfortable and excited about your experience and purchase. I LOVE my car and would absolutely recommend not only Crevier BMW, but also Shawn and her team as the best to work with. I will only work with Crevier now!! More
My response is regarding the Service Advisor. Not professional AT ALL. I have purchased two BMW's from Crevier (Not leased) a 540i upgraded with all Dinan products and currently owe a 760i. I have professional AT ALL. I have purchased two BMW's from Crevier (Not leased) a 540i upgraded with all Dinan products and currently owe a 760i. I have been trying to resolve for months a false FTM alert that randomly alarms. I was just left a voice mail that says I have to purchase three rims that are causing the alarm!!! Having spend well into the six figure range for these cars with the dealership, that is a complete insult to my intelligence. Not happy at all with the service and that is a shame because the dealership is above par. More
Stephan is great, at no time did I feel that I was pressured to buy a car. Stephan was very knowledgeable about the car and features and frankly he is a great promoter of BMW. He made buying a very pressured to buy a car. Stephan was very knowledgeable about the car and features and frankly he is a great promoter of BMW. He made buying a very expensive car easy and held my hand all the way through the process. Mike was friendly and sys hi to me all the time. Zack in service is fantastic, I wished he worked customer service at my company. I was very upset about a scratch and he reassured me it will be resolved- he got the Mngr for me, and really made me feel that he cared about my issue. More
Brought in a 335I for presale inspection. Quoted on the phone for $160.00 and was advised to come in on a weekday for faster service. Showed up Monday and met Jose. Jose asked if I knew how much, I rep phone for $160.00 and was advised to come in on a weekday for faster service. Showed up Monday and met Jose. Jose asked if I knew how much, I replied I was told $160.00 He said no its $260.00. When I told him I called in he said and I quote "We are very busy, its not worth our time to do these inspections, your can go try other dealerships if you don't want to pay $260.00. When I asked to speak to a manager, he started making excuses and ended up saying okay we can do it for $160. Later I asked for a print-out of the vehicle's service history. He started going off with excuses like "Its for dealers only, we can't view it on our systems, Its for original owners only (original owner was with me), etc." More
Purchased my 2009 328i sedan waited for a week for them to deliver the car to the dealer I had to call to see if the car was in. They said it was I told them I couldn't make it till the weekend (3 days af to deliver the car to the dealer I had to call to see if the car was in. They said it was I told them I couldn't make it till the weekend (3 days after I called) and told them not to let anyone test drive it I wanted it brand new with 5mi on it max if I'm going to have to wait a week for it to arrive. When I came in it has 10mi on it. The guys tried to played it off like the miles were from driving car of the truck to the lot. 5 miles I would understand but 10 is not acceptable for a car coming from the dock. To top it off I had to hassle them to get my $1000 deposit back because I heard others reviewers had a hard time getting their deposit back. With that being said there sells are there strengths, service is just straight out horrible. Really makes bringing in your car a joke. They don't care about your vehicle and always run out of loaner vehicles. I had an alarm installed and programed and the scratched my hood with out telling me. The only reason I found the scratched was because the day before I had to wait for my ride to pick me up because they were out of loaners, they hit the front end of a black 5 series and the service adviser came out and was giving the customer a hard time not wanting to repair it, I over heard the adviser say would I know if this wasn't your fault? I was furious when I witnessed this, just thinking about it happening to my car that i just purchase. So when I picked up my car I did a detailed inspection on it. Sure enough I found a 10" scratch on the hood. Keep in mind the car is a little under 2 weeks old. After hassling with my adviser he came out with some wax asked one of the guys for a dirty rag and tried to remove the scratch. I didn't work. So he schedule me to come in to get it buffed out. With out any documentation on the incident. I had to hassle him at least 7 times before he gave me a copy of the scratch in print. I was glad that I did that because when I called in to bring in the car they said nothing about a scratch was on file. So I brought in the paper document and they had to buff out the scratch. Also many times I scheduled an appointment and nothing was on their file. I am very disappointed in the service department of this dealer. The best department that they have going on for themselves are their parts department the people are very nice respectful and know their stuff. For those bringing in their cars for service please take my review into consideration, I normally don't write reviews but to pay this much for a luxury vehicle and receiving this lack of service quality is totally unacceptable, I'm glad I decided to try out the service before purchasing extended warranty and maintenance. Remember to thoroughly inspect your car before driving off the lot because they wont let you know if they damaged your car. If anyone knows of any other BMW dealer with a good service department around the OC please post it up I'm done with Crevier's service department. More
We visited your dealership again on 3/14/09 to have the car washed. It was absolutely horrible. After an hour, We went to the receptionist desk and asked if the car was ready. They advised it was not. W car washed. It was absolutely horrible. After an hour, We went to the receptionist desk and asked if the car was ready. They advised it was not. We got a cup of coffee from Diedrich and 45 minutes later, we went back to the receptionist desk and they had our keys! I asked why they didn’t page us or call us, after all, when you check in, they ask for your cell phone number. She advised that she doesn’t do that. When we got the car back, it was not cleaned. What a waste of our time. The employees don't care! They just want your money! Don't go here! More
I have nothing but praises for Crevier in Santa Ana. Eventhough I didn't buy my car there, the staff and the dealership had and is always service with a great attitude and professionalism. I don't get Eventhough I didn't buy my car there, the staff and the dealership had and is always service with a great attitude and professionalism. I don't get a loaner because I didn't not buy my car there, but Crevier provides drop off and pick up at my convenient. Drivers and Staff has always been very friendly and curtious. Though my BMW is under warranty, I felt bad because I go there for service all the times and I didn't buy my car there. I felt I gave my money to Assael (don't recommend anyone to go there) and taking free stuff from Crevier, but Crevier never refuse and only provide professional service. Service rep. called to follow up and provide time frame for each service because he values my time. Not only the friendly staff, it provide many free services (i.e. car wash, oil top off, and inspection). If I buy my next BMW, I will spend my money at Crevier. I definately recommend Crevier dealership to other shoppers. Happy buying. More
I took my 02 Mini in for service. Car was pulling to the left and had significant tire wear. They told me I needed new brakes and 2 new tires (almost 1600.00). Included in this price was replacement of a pl left and had significant tire wear. They told me I needed new brakes and 2 new tires (almost 1600.00). Included in this price was replacement of a plastic reservoir and $50.00 for a new air filter. I requested the used brake pads. While expensive the repair appears to be fine. I did not get the used brake pads and my key was broken. I noticed the "unlock" button didn't work later that afternoon. Called Crevier the next morning. They told me to bring it by it may need to be re-programmed. I stopped by and they checked the key. "Sorry your key is broken you will need to order another one" (over $250.00 with programming). I told them the key was fine when I dropped off the car. "Sorry". They also told me I needed some expensive replacement of some suspension bars. My Mini has 49M. I'm going to get another opinion on that one. It doesn't seem right that something like this would be required with so little miles. The whole time I was with the service rep I felt like he was trying to up-sell me at every step. I'm planning on getting a new Mini in the next 12 to 24 months but have serious doubts about dealing with Crevier. I did have a good experience with my salesman Christian Banks and had planned to call him when ready to get a new car. I just hate to reward this dealership with a purchase. More
Crevier misdiagnosed my car, changed the starter & charged $1,600. Problem still there... Brought it back they changed another part, next day same problem. Took it back they broke the OBD access cover charged $1,600. Problem still there... Brought it back they changed another part, next day same problem. Took it back they broke the OBD access cover in the process. Even though the service rep apologized for that and fixed it. The service manager later claimed that I broke it and they fixed it for free as a favor - yah right.. on the 3rd return they attempt to relate the problem on the instrument cluster and charge me another $1000+ I denied and took the car out to a BMW shop. The independent shop diagnosed it in no time, the problem was the ABS all along fixed it for one third of what Crevier charged for uthe nnecessary repair.. yeab.. Crevier is #1 in doing misdiagnoses, over charging & twisting facts.. They're good for nothing, advised all friends and relatives be aware and - STAY AWAY FROM CREVIER - More
Stopped by Crevier BMW in Santa Ana and decided on leasing a BMW 328i sedan. Steve was really straight forward and nice. We haggled a little be on the price and Steve decides to bring over the manag leasing a BMW 328i sedan. Steve was really straight forward and nice. We haggled a little be on the price and Steve decides to bring over the manager. The manager tells us that he can't give us our price of $415 because the dealership would only be making "$6 dollars". The manager, who is a condensing a**, finally relents and we settle on his so called "$6 dollar deal". When it is time to sign the paperwork for the lease, my wife and I are shocked to find that the car has 332 miles on it. My wife and I felt like we had be taken for a ride but having spent so much time there, we decided to buy it if they were willing to give us something in return. Another manager had asked us if we were willing to buy the car if he would give us a free ceramic tint job which was listed for $794 but couldn't have been worth more than $40 to them. My wife and I decided that the tint job would be an ok compromise. 5 mins later, the manager comes back and goes back on his word and tells us the best he can do is to give us the tint job at "cost" which is $300. I tell him that the deal is off so my wife and I leave. On the way out, the original "$6 manager" comes back to try to talk us back into the deal. He tells us that we are leasing the car and 332 miles shouldn't matter. I tell him it's the principle. I tell him that I am leasing a NEW car and not a used car. He repeats over and over again that the dealership is only making "$6 off the deal" and asks me how I would define a new car. I tell him that by definition, something new shouldn't have any miles on it but I understand if a car has 10-15 miles on it due to test driving. A car with 332 miles has been driven for over 5 hours on the freeway or more than 10 hours by local street driving. The xxxxx gets angry and red and tells me that I'm willing to leave after 4 hours of negotiating. I tell him to find me another car with the same options with less mileage and I would be willing make the deal. He tells me 332 miles isn't a big deal. How the heck is this xxxxx going to tell me 332 miles isn't a big deal? The "$6 dollar " manager gets really angry and leaves. After 4 hours of haggling, my wife and I leave the place without a deal. The only person I feel bad for is Steve because he was a genuinely good guy. More
