Back in January, I wasn’t even in the market for a car—we just stopped by out of curiosity to check out the X Crevier BMW absolutely deserves one. What followed was easily one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s entirely thanks to John Drake. I’ve owned and experienced several high-end brands, and the level of service, professionalism, and overall experience here was on another level. There was zero pressure, just genuine enthusiasm and knowledge. After getting home, I kept thinking about the cars—especially the 8 Series I saw in the showroom. Even though I had no intention of buying another car so soon, I couldn’t shake it. I reached back out to John, and once again, he delivered a seamless, top-tier experience.
