I stopped by with no appointment on a busy Monday afternoon in service. They took me in and addressed my rear axle seal within an hour (TSB). They also identified that my front differential seal re afternoon in service. They took me in and addressed my rear axle seal within an hour (TSB). They also identified that my front differential seal required addressing as well. They took care of both issues (under warranty of course) that afternoon and provided a free loaner CTS.
