The only reason I could not give 5 star review is because I had to bring my vehicle in 2 times for the same issue. Chris gave great customer service during both visits. The young man that drove around in my car was great. He wasn’t sure of hearing what I was hearing. But took the time to research the bulletin and discovered my issue was a common one. He learned that there was a strut issue and that mine on left side was detached. I wish I could remember his name tall, thin, dark haired Caucasian guy. Avery may have been his name. I appreciate the extra effort made to find my issue. He was patience and listened to my concern. More

After almost 3 weeks, it was necessary that I called to remind them only to be told there will be another delay d/t it being the end of the month. Reimbursements cannot take place until their end of month bookkeeping is completed. More
