Poor, poor communication. I originally brought vehicle in to fixe oil leak. Was told there was another leak and needed to order part. I had to wait three months for a part. I never would have known this part came in if I hadn’t called to follow up. I schedule the repair for almost three weeks later and was told to drop car off Monday morning at 7:30. I told the service dept I needed the repair to be done by end of day Tuesday. I called late Tuesday morning and was told the repair hasn’t even started yet and may not be complete until Friday. I was told in was two day repair. I requested a loaner since this was a warranty issue. Was then told they didn’t have any loaners. Interesting because I heard them offer a lady dropping off vehicle for an oil change at the same time a loaner. They never offered me one at that time. I will say the mechanics did an excellent job. One would expect white glove service but far from. More

I have made an apportionment for the oil change tire rotation and replacement of two tires , This time nobody followed up with me , In the past I would received a phone call confirmation regarding the rotation and replacement of two tires , This time nobody followed up with me , In the past I would received a phone call confirmation regarding the appointment and double check all services that had been scheduled, Never happened this time, When I arrived I was very surprised to hear that my appointment is only for the oil change and tire rotation and they will not replace the tires as they do not even have staff available and it was not on my order. Nevertheless I was very upset , said just do the militance and next time I will find the dealership , which will provide full services what I have ordered . Once the militance had been done the services agent came out and said we will replace the tires and will cost you $550.00 I said what about matching prices as you advertise on your website as Bell Tires and other charge $ 401.00 out of the door for same tires , The services rep said no, So I left and made an appointment with Bell Tires . I have never experience that kind treatment at the Crestview Cadillac And if I ever come back it will just the oil change services nothing else. It clearly shows that the services department does not care about their Cadillac owners customers . And if something went wrong during the order transmission to services department computer it is not my fault and I do not need to be feel stupid and the rep ripely said this what I order instead let me see how we can correct the situation . So what happened to confirmation the appointment over the phone , What happen to the best matching price etc. More
