The service took way to long. No one check on us we had to ask how much longer. We would be told 15 more minutes, which turned in to half hour We had appointments for oil change No one check on us we had to ask how much longer. We had other engagement that day for 1pm.. we were late. I just want my time respected... this is why we make appointments More

Although our vehicle was out of warranty (barely) the dealership cover the cost of the service bulletin. That was very good customer service! There were some other issues and some communication problems dealership cover the cost of the service bulletin. That was very good customer service! The service department here is so non-responsive it is infuriating. I had to call every to find out what was happening with my vehicle, a MY23 Lyriq. There was no proactive updates from them. Numerous infuriating. I had to call every to find out what was happening with my vehicle, a MY23 Lyriq. There was no proactive updates from them. Numerous times, I would call and the phone would not be answered. Also, when I finally did pick up my vehicle I check that both the Body repairs and service were completed and I was told yes. When I got there, it was like a surprise to the body shop. Also, it took at least 45 minutes for me to get my statement and then they were concerned about not getting paid for a $123 part? I heard another gentleman that was waiting say that he had been waiting 49 minutes to get his statement to pay. On top of all this, my vehicle did NOT have all the repairs completed and now my wireless charger is throwing an error message. It was working fine before I had the center console repaired. Additionally, I just that the rear driver's side wheel flare is not properly attached. Each time I come into the Service Department I feel like I am being ignored. Once these repairs and service updates are finally completed. I will not be returning to Crestview Cadillac for any service, body or vehicle purchases in the future. More
