What I was told by the service person versus the service manager were two different things. I had a problem in my car that was under warranty and the service manager even mentioned that, but then when I ret manager were two different things. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment for an oil change, air filter replacement and tire rotation. I waited at the dealership for just under 3 hours during the scheduled service that should not have change, air filter replacement and tire rotation.
