Worst experience ever. had multiple unsuccessful visits for SD card reader issue.Dearlership does not even carry a compatible Sd card for testing.. Experience started rocky. There was little communication initialed by the service representative at the first two-three weeks of diagnosis/part availability. (Vehicle was towed to the dealership without have face-to-face exchange with service representative.) After discussion with service manager, communication improved. This was the only reason for my rating. As a luxury dealership, I expect all communication to be proactive, and more than the customer anticipates. A highlight: I thank you for waiting 15 minutes for my arrival past the closing time. This speaks of going beyond customer expectations and strengthens the Cadillac brand. (Service was under warrantee, with part availability delays not controlled by dealership.) More

What I was told by the service person versus the service manager were two different things. I had a problem in my car that was under warranty and the service manager even mentioned that, but then when I ret manager were two different things. I was also promised a ride to work, but then was told that no one was around for at least 30 minutes so I had to walk. More
