Took my 2023 XT4 in for service on 9/12/24. Frank Newman was my service advisor. Issue was taken care of quickly. The entire experience was great! The service staff at CRESTVIEW was top notch. Waited a month for a rental car to get repairs completed. Showed up and they didnt not have a rental for me. Said they'd return car to me same day, but then at end of day told me I needed to find my own ride Showed up and they didnt not have a rental for me.
