Upon reviewing my invoice, I found that a logical and thorough analysis was done, and all repairs were done at a reasonable cost. I found Ron to be a very friendly and personable person, willing to explain to me what the problem was and what steps would need to be done for all repairs. Although Crestview is quite a drive from my home, I will be returning for further future care for my Cadillac. More

Bad repair service. Took my car in for a flat tire. Gave it back to me saying that the tire had been repaired. However in about 2 hours tire flat again. Called dealer Took my car in for a flat tire. I was told no one there to help me I got the tire repaired service person found another screw in tire. Why Crestview did not see that second screw? More
