You Couldn't GIVE Me A Cadillac From Crestview I went into Crestview this morning looking to turn in my 2014 Jeep (loaded, leather etc 7000 miles) for a new Cadillac. The sales person I met with, I went into Crestview this morning looking to turn in my 2014 Jeep (loaded, leather etc 7000 miles) for a new Cadillac. The sales person I met with, I THINK his name was Kevin had dismissed me before we even got into anything. "Have you been here before?" No... "oh..." (condescendingly) He then went on to say that "our customers don't come here looking for a Jeep, they're here to buy a Cadillac, so we really don't want your Jeep on our lot" Oh? I'm sorry, you don't want to sell a new Cadillac today? Because that's what I was there for. He then went on to explain that this dealership doesn't work with the company I currently lease my Jeep thru (Chrysler capitol) and frankly, NO Cadillac dealer is going to be able to do anything for me. I felt like he was talking to me like I was some homeless person bothering to ask him for change. NOT the wife and business partner to one of the largest auto glass companies in Michigan. Oh... sorry Kevin, maybe I should have mentioned that 1st to get your attention. SMH... So, I left Crestview, drove straight to Jim Riehl's Cadillac on Hall Road and was treated like complete royalty when I walked in the door. Oh, did I mention drove home in a 2016 CTS LOADED. THE exact model, color, features and couldn't be happier. So NO, I would NOT recommend this dealership. Crestview couldn't GIVE me a new Cadillac to change this and write them a good review. When my friends and family ask me, I will NOT recommend Crestview. That snobby attitude... what a joke. But hey, I LOVE my new 2016 CTS. Thanks for NOT taking my money Crestview because Jim Riehl's has EARNED a life long customer. Notice I said "earned" That's how you get things in life. Success, wealth, loyalty. All EARNED. More

Steve and Donna in sales went above and beyond to ensure we received the best deal and the vehicle we wanted. Mike in finance was very attentive to our budget and worked us through the finance paperwork. We had a very positive experience with crest view from the staff to well kept showroom. We would recommend CrestView to anyone wanting a Cadillac. More
