The only reason I could not give 5 star review is because I had to bring my vehicle in 2 times for the same issue. Chris gave great customer service during both visits. He learned that there was a strut issue and that mine on left side was detached. I wish I could remember his name tall, thin, dark haired Caucasian guy. Avery may have been his name.
