My chosen sales lady was either inexperienced or lack transparency. Adam King was excellent. Ron Farmer was excellent. The workshop personnel need to pay attention to detail. We took our Cadillac in to Crestview, even though we did not purchase it there, because it is close to where we live. Ron Who is the manager in service is impossible to contact. They did not indicate to us that we needed to bring it back again They then lost the parts after calling us twice and telling us we could bring it back in to have the parts put on it. I would never take my car to them again unfortunately. More
