The Service department has gone downhill this past year. Not knowledgeable, Unfriendly and they don’t return calls . Always get a voicemail. Big mistake buying a new Toyota this past year. There has been a big change in the past 6 months. Service dept. went down hill. I had an appointment (confirmed) to get my oil changed and perform 120K mile service. When I showed up 1/2 hour early t Service dept. went down hill. I had an appointment (confirmed) to get my oil changed and perform 120K mile service. When I showed up 1/2 hour early they told me the guy that pumps the oil is going home now, maybe a service advisor can get him to stay. The dude from Toyota corporate comes out and says, sorry, you have to reschedule. I asked to speak to a manger and was told no managers are in. Someone gave a 5 star review for Roger Wisnewski on March 25th. Roger is no longer there as well as many other familiar faces. They are all gone. Wonder if the "B" service team is still there? Suggest you look for a new service center. More
