There was an internal issue with the engine block covered under the power train warranty. The service department was extremely professional, thorough, and went out of their way to get the job done. Roger Wisnewski and Jason Craig were a pleasure to work with and were committed to meeting the needs of customers. Would highly recommend this dealer and service center to anyone who is looking for a pleasant experience all around. Andy Adelin was my sales rep. He gives you more of that neighbor down the street feel. I felt like i was in good hands with Andy he addressed all of my questions with complete and accurate details. I was very happy buying a certified pre owned 2015 Toyota 4Runner. After two weeks of driving my new truck i noticed a smell of rotten eggs emanating from the exhaust into the cabin. I brought it to the service center where i was greeted by Jason Craig. Jason was extremely patient, professional, and straight forward with me and attempted to address my concern the best he could. I can tell you that i was not the easiest customer to deal with that day because of the exhaust smell. However Jason remained positive and put my concerns to ease. He attempted to fix the problem that day but was unable to without the code light showing on the computer. He explained the procedures to me addressed my concern. Shortly after my first visit i was contacted by the Service manager Craig Wisnewski who followed up with me on my concern. Craig was very helpful and gave you that feeling that you were talking to an old friend from school. He asked me questions on the phone in regards to the exhaust smell, he also attempted to offer solutions over the phone. I asked Craig if i could bring in the vehicle the same day, Craig made time for me even though i could visibly see upon arrival that they had a high volume of customers ( might i add its no wonder why these customers would return here ). Craig sat me down in his office and listened to my concern again and offered me a solution. They serviced my truck and found that the gas cap i installed myself was the culprit. During my experience I was even offered a courtesy vehicle due to the inconvenience of having to bring back my truck a second time. I was also greeted by Andy and a smile where we threw some jokes around while i was waiting. During my visit i also saw Jason Craig the assistant manager who greeted me with a handshake and some pleasant small chat. I can only say good things. I have been to many different Toyota Dealers in New Jersey and even came close to calling it quits on Toyota. All the other dealerships I've visited felt " Corporate" like a number not a customer. I've even had one dealership attempt to deceive me with pricing. **** Bottom Line had it not been for the pleasant experience at this dealership and its valued employees i would be driving a ford instead. They have my trust and my business for life. Waited 2.5 hours for nothing Brought my car for a scheduled service @8. Got to the doors ar 7:40 and they took car by 7:45. At 10 I go to the desk and ask for ETA. I trust Craig! I get majority of my service work done at Crestmont Toyota - I may be able to save some labor charges other places, but I trust Craig to be straight w I get majority of my service work done at Crestmont Toyota - I may be able to save some labor charges other places, but I trust Craig to be straight with me on what needs to be done and when it needs to be done. I've developed a "working" relationship with Craig over the years I have had my Camry and count on him to be straight with me. I never feel he is expecting me to make repairs that are not warranted or to do maintenance that is not needed. And so far (knock on wood), I've had no problems with the quality of the work. More

Bad Service I am a life long Toyota customer (first time at Crestmont) and I made an appt for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. The guy who checked me in by my car was very nice. Then I met another employee who told me about 2 recalls and quoted me 1.5 hrs. I waited for over 2 hours watching at least 5 other people come and go before I asked to check on the status of my car. Then John came out to say it was going to be at least another hour because there is only 1 guy doing alignments. Seriously...you quoted me 1.5 hrs and now you want me to wait for 3 and I have an appointment. When i told John why i was upset, he said, these things happen. Really? That's terrible customer service in my opinion. I'll never go back. More
