My salesperson Andy was very professional and good to deal with. I had a new car built & shipping from Kentucky. The finance guy got us a little annoyed because he had to keep doing credit inquiries to get us a lower rate. I really don’t think he was trying to get me the best rate at first because I financed through them. I should’ve financed through my credit card company to cut down on the 4 inquiries on my credit report. I have excellent credit and I don’t play about that. Now, my reason for the 3 stars is after buying a car service. Now that I have the car, when I call the customer service number Michelle always answers with an attitude and she’s not helpful at all! Crestmont Toyota sent me a postcard saying my plates & registration was ready for pickup. I live in PA so it’s an1 1/2 drive, I need them mailed to me. At first, she tells me they can’t be mailed. Then she tells me, she can’t find my name in the system so I give her my sons name and she finds it then. This is not my first time calling and she had a bad attitude each time I called and one time I heard her blow her breath before she put me on hold. Plus she talks over you. So for those reasons I wouldn’t recommend this car dealer. How you are treated After you buy the car is everything! More

The Service department has gone downhill this past year. Not knowledgeable, Unfriendly and they don’t return calls . Always get a voicemail. Big mistake buying a new Toyota this past year. There has been a big change in the past 6 months. Service dept. went down hill. I had an appointment (confirmed) to get my oil changed and perform 120K mile service. When I showed up 1/2 hour early t Service dept. went down hill. I had an appointment (confirmed) to get my oil changed and perform 120K mile service. When I showed up 1/2 hour early they told me the guy that pumps the oil is going home now, maybe a service advisor can get him to stay. The dude from Toyota corporate comes out and says, sorry, you have to reschedule. I asked to speak to a manger and was told no managers are in. Someone gave a 5 star review for Roger Wisnewski on March 25th. Roger is no longer there as well as many other familiar faces. They are all gone. Wonder if the "B" service team is still there? Suggest you look for a new service center. More
