Quality Service: clear & direct, speedy response, & honest I had a long standing relationship with another Toyota dealership. The recent customer service I was getting from that dealership was subpar so I dec I had a long standing relationship with another Toyota dealership. The recent customer service I was getting from that dealership was subpar so I decided to shop around. James Morando was the first to reach out to my inquiry (just an example of his speed of response). He understood what I was looking for and gave me several options (clear and direct approach). He came back with a fair offer price and followed up with "I want to earn your business". This mindset and his commitment to quality client service is what sold me. I knew I was going to wait a long time for delivery given that I special ordered the vehicle. Keeping me updated at various intervals and touch points was very important to me. His response time to emails and texts was virtually instantaneous. I have honestly never seen customer service in a car dealership like this before. It was worth the wait and delivery was quick and seamless, in large part due to James' hard work. More
Huge disappointment I recently signed for my third lease with this dealership. I went to them for the third because dealing with them the first 2 times was refreshing as I recently signed for my third lease with this dealership. I went to them for the third because dealing with them the first 2 times was refreshing as an earlier reviewer noted. I have recommended them as a result. This time it seems the sales person made a mistake in processing the paperwork and I now have to make ANOTHER payment on the car I recently turned in. The mistake was not mine but they are not standing by their sales associate or their customer. .Since this transaction was not handled in an honorable manner it looks like this will be the LAST time I deal with this dealership. Kudos to Michael Mongiovi the customer service manager who at least tried to resolve this dispute but the sales department has proven to be a huge disappointing while the service department treats customers with integrity and professionalism it seems the sales department only values the sale not customer loyalty. More
Awesome honest and professional highly recommended I leased a Toyota from James in 2014, he beat my shopped price and got the color I wanted. He replies to my email in minutes. I was in two other toyota dealerships both sales reps gave me run around and offered long back&forth process and ended in unrealistic figures(bate and switch when i came back to pickup the vehicle). He was always up front and honest and valued my time. I wish all car dealers are like him, it is year 2015 and some of them are still stuck in 1970s style of mentality. Anyone can find same spec car from another dealership in internet, but buyers doesn't just make purchase solely base on price only, review and reputation of dealership can be easily compared in the web in seconds from your phone. Great Service Writer and very friendly Valet I came In to Crestmont For my First 5,000 Mile Service on my Highlander. I was Greeted by the Valet Luis who made me feel welcomed and was informative I came In to Crestmont For my First 5,000 Mile Service on my Highlander. I was Greeted by the Valet Luis who made me feel welcomed and was informative on the procedure for service. This was my first service so it's overwhelming not knowing where to go what to do or whom to speak to but Luis put my nerves at ease. He wrote my vehicle up and walked me to Jason Craig's office which was a pleasure being assisted by this service advisor, he was busy at the moment so Luis made conversation while i waited he asked how my weekend was and about the change in weather which definitely was very nice of him because it helped me not feel impatient or left on my own. Jason was very informative on what was going to be done to my vehicle and how long it would take, he was very straight forward no bs and offered a shuttle service if i didn't want to wait for my vehicle... great service experience!!!!! Questionable oil pan screw stripped costing $500 I took my car in for a service oil change and recall repair. When leaving my car I overheard the technician tell a customer their oil pan drain was st I took my car in for a service oil change and recall repair. When leaving my car I overheard the technician tell a customer their oil pan drain was stripped. Thinking I never heard that before, I thought that was odd. Then later in the day I was called and told my oil pan drain was stripped. I never had any oil leaking and did not go in for that. I looked chat rooms and they say if the oil pan is changed properly (not over tightened) you should never have that problem. Plus, you are not in control of who tightens the pan in the first place. The replacement for such a thing is over $500. I never serviced my car at this dealership before. The whole thing seems fishy and odd. The reviews talk about great sales of the cars at this dealership, but not so great about service there. I would like to know if this is common scam with them. Once your oil pan is stripped, your stuck. I would not be suspicious if I had an oil leak and if I did not hear them tell someone else the same problem hours before. I would like to know if anyone else experienced the "stripped oil pan" scheme? More

As a price buyer who did a lot of research and comparison to other dealerships, I appreciated this. I came back after shopping around a lot and doing a lot of analysis because Crestmont and Dan were the best. I will buy/lease other cars from this dealership and recommend it to others. Dan is a great guy to get a car from as is this dealership. More
