Hello Marek, As you are surely aware we did everything that we could to help resolve your issue. We gladly transported your car to the regional Toyota corporate headquarters to be examined by Toyota factory paint experts. We also provided you with a complimentary loaner while your Corolla was being examined. After careful analysis of your vehicle it was determined that there was no defect in your paint. It was further determined that the spots were caused by outside influences (for example possibly tree sap, harsh chemicals, etc). This determination was concluded by Toyota corporate not Crestmont Toyota. Additionally we never told your wife that it was her fault for driving to the mall. Forgive us but that is simply ridiculous. Many of our cars can be seen at mall, supermarket etc without experiencing the condition that you are experiencing. We are truly sorry that you feel the way that you do but you are villainizing the wrong entity.
