Awesome Buying Experience! I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander LE Plus in predawn mica grey from Crestmont Toyota. Not only did they give me the lowest out the door price out I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander LE Plus in predawn mica grey from Crestmont Toyota. Not only did they give me the lowest out the door price out of at least 10 dealerships but the customer service that I received came second to none. The sales manager I dealt with is Andy Beloff (andy.beloff@crestmont23.com) who is as professional and straight forward as they come. He answered all my calls, texts, and emails in a prompt fashion and answered every question that I had. He truly believes in the art of building solid and long lasting business relationships. Steve Zmani the finance manager didn’t place any pressure on me during the signing process and was quick to get me out as soon as possible. And lastly, Michael Mongiovi, the relationship manager gave me a courtesy call the day after to congratulate me and left his contact information should I have any questions or concerns. The whole process from beginning to end was straight forward, transparent, and absolutely professional - Crestmont Toyota should write a sales book on how to run a business and build relationships. I will definitely be coming back here for my next Toyota. More

Great dealer I bought a brand new Toyota corolla. Unfortunately I had problem with the paint on the car and I was mislead to believe that it was manufacturers faul I bought a brand new Toyota corolla. Unfortunately I had problem with the paint on the car and I was mislead to believe that it was manufacturers fault. I was angry at the dealer for selling me faulty car and then telling me then it was natures fault. Well after farther investigations it turned out, that people from Toyota were right and the damage was caused by environmental causes. I would like to apologize for blaming Cresmont Toyota and for all the trouble this caused. I bought two cars there that work perfectly fine and I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a good car. I am really sorry for my earlier reviews. I hope you understand. More
