Bad Service I am a life long Toyota customer (first time at Crestmont) and I made an appt for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I showed up 15 min earl I am a life long Toyota customer (first time at Crestmont) and I made an appt for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I showed up 15 min early. The guy who checked me in by my car was very nice. Then I met another employee who told me about 2 recalls and quoted me 1.5 hrs. I waited for over 2 hours watching at least 5 other people come and go before I asked to check on the status of my car. Then John came out to say it was going to be at least another hour because there is only 1 guy doing alignments. Seriously...you quoted me 1.5 hrs and now you want me to wait for 3 and I have an appointment. When i told John why i was upset, he said, these things happen. Really? That's terrible customer service in my opinion. I'll never go back. More

Julio is very knowledgeable about the Corolla, he suggested a lower cost model after understanding my needs, and he was pleasant to deal with. I brought my wife back for a test drive to 4 different dealerships, and while Julio did not go with us on the test drive he told us more useful information about the car before and after we drove it than any of the three other (non-Toyota) salesman who came with us on the test drives. Julio is attentive without being pushing, and during price negotiations there was no undue back-and-forth or visits from the dealership's "closer." This was as good a car-buying experience as I have ever had. More

She treated as a valued long time Crestmont customer. There was no pressure. She wanted me to be happy with my decision. I informed her that I wanted to test drive other makes and models. She followed up and showed interest. When I was ready, I made an appointment with her. She was professional and got her sales manager, Rich Chernov involved when we worked out price. Thanks goes out to both Jessica and Rich! The sales process went smoothly. I picked up my new vehicle the same day. Jessica gave me a thorough orientation on my new vehicle and told me to call or stop by if I had additional questions. She even called me a week later to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. Crestmont sales department is great! Their product specialist knows their products and makes the purchase process painless and pleasant! As a long time customer, I know that Crestmont Service Department is also excellent. Roger and Craig Wisnewski are exceptional. They will advise you when work is needed and when work should not be done and when there are other solutions. They are honest and honorable. When my 2004 Toyota Sienna sliding doors froze and did not open in the winter, Craig instructed me to go to auto supply store and pick up a spray to put on cloth and wipe and treat seals when it was above freezing. The rest of last year winter I had working sliding doors at low cost solution. They are also accurate on estimate time and offer shuttle service to home or work in local area. Waiting room is comfortable with large television, free coffee and hot chocolate, free WiFi and work cubicles and fresh popped popcorn. If there is no popcorn, you just need to ask and they will pop popcorn for their customers. Their Service Receptionist, Donna Bresnowitz is pleasant and efficient. She is nice enough to pop the popcorn. She is also the one that I see when I pick up my service vehicle and registration and title when I purchase a new vehicle. Crestmont is well run and exceptional dealership! More
