Go there for excellent service but not for purchasing vehicl This is the fourth and last Toyota I will buy from this dealership. I have had to call my salesperson several times already to have him fax the neces This is the fourth and last Toyota I will buy from this dealership. I have had to call my salesperson several times already to have him fax the necessary documents to my insurance agent so the new car I bought can be put on my insurance policy. To date it has taken 4 days to send three pieces of paper via fax. Unbelievable. Finally had to speak with the service manager in order to get anything accomplished, but still waiting to see if he sends what he is supposed to send. They are eager to take your money, but not so great with follow-up on paperwork. The service department is top-notch, and I will continue to take my vehicles there for maintenance; however, the sales department is disorganized and not at all helpful. Will purchase any future Toyotas from other dealers. More

I've developed a "working" relationship with Craig over the years I have had my Camry and count on him to be straight with me. I never feel he is expecting me to make repairs that are not warranted or to do maintenance that is not needed. And so far (knock on wood), I've had no problems with the quality of the work. More

We got the exact car we wanted (which was not on the lot) for the price we wanted without any of the usual nonsense we have come to expect from new car dealers. Tom Quinn was the best salesman we've ever worked with. We told him what we wanted and he came through. And, he did it without making us sit there for hours. He didn't try and up sell us options or push us into a car on the lot. He obviously wanted us to get the car we wanted. We were happy with the trade-in and with the price of the new car. We were happy with the time that Tom spent with us - and with the fact that he did not waste our time. All in all - we wouldn't have changed a thing! We recommend Crestmont and Tom Quinn to anyone - and we really hope that the service department is just as good. More

Julio not only had extensive product knowledge but knew his numbers inside and out. They beat everyone else on my trade, and worked the numbers exactly how I needed. The sale couldn,t have been more straight forward and everyone in the dealership was great. I would recommend Crestmont to anyone. More

Bad Service I am a life long Toyota customer (first time at Crestmont) and I made an appt for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I showed up 15 min earl I am a life long Toyota customer (first time at Crestmont) and I made an appt for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I showed up 15 min early. The guy who checked me in by my car was very nice. Then I met another employee who told me about 2 recalls and quoted me 1.5 hrs. I waited for over 2 hours watching at least 5 other people come and go before I asked to check on the status of my car. Then John came out to say it was going to be at least another hour because there is only 1 guy doing alignments. Seriously...you quoted me 1.5 hrs and now you want me to wait for 3 and I have an appointment. When i told John why i was upset, he said, these things happen. Really? That's terrible customer service in my opinion. I'll never go back. More
