Finally a dealer who knows Customer Service!! I never take the time to write online reviews for anything. And most people only write reviews to complain about things. However.....this is the EXCEPTION......Crestmont Toyota! Such a pleasure dealing with a smaller "family" type dealership where they care about you as a person, and remember your name when you walk back in a month later. Totally different experience than the big highway automalls where you are just a potential revenue source. My purchase was a bit different than the usual buying experience. Most of my interaction was with Joe Simone from finance. This guy is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, personable, and xxxx good at what he does. Second to none! Joe was able to get me an interest rate 11 points below what my current car loan was. Again...amazing! That alone saved me thousands over the course of the loan. Also had the pleasure of working briefly with Adam who is extremely knowledgeable and took all the time I needed to answer all my questions about the features in the vehicle. The best part.....this dealership has none of the xx "hidden" or "add on fees" such as dealer prep and all the other non-sense charges all the large dealerships force on you. Just one document fee. I think it was 395.00. All of the experiences listed in this review resulted in us going back three weeks later and buying another vehicle from Crestmont. To the management staff at the dealership.....you can thank Joe Simone for the sale of 2 Rav4's within 3 weeks. Please please give him the credit he deserves...he really is that good!!! I can guarantee with 100% certainty that the next time I make a vehicle purchase it will be with Crestmont as long as they are the same owners and as long as Joe Simone is there to give me another great deal like he did twice now. More

Andy Beloff Had an appointment to see Andy Beloff on 2/16/19 recently to discuss purchasing a new RAV4. After an exhaustive 2 1/2 hour marathon with Andy as he scribbled down more and more useless and confusing numbers all this while while waiting on other customers we finally agreed upon a deal. With this Andy returns from the command central office and and brings us the contract which is now $2600 over the agreed-upon establish price of the car then nervously proceeds to tell us he can't make the deal. Well enough with Crestmont experience. Went to another local Toyota dealer that afternoon and made the deal (45-minutes), Also received an additional $1500 off the price of the car as the dealer held true to our numbers and am completely satisfied. Read this review quick because I'm sure Crestmont will pull it offline. Try H&R Block Andy they like numbers . More
