Understaffed service writers. I've been going to Crestmont for service since 2011. They USED to be good. I recently went there for simple oil change. There was only ONE service wri I've been going to Crestmont for service since 2011. They USED to be good. I recently went there for simple oil change. There was only ONE service writer on staff with several customers waiting! That one writer was extremely sick with a bad cold ! This is unacceptable and inconsiderate, for a dealership service department to be run that way! After paying for my oil change, I was reading the details on the invoice. It stated that I needed immediate attention to several other issues on my vehicle. I was NEVER verbally informed of this by anyone at Crestmont. After bringing this to the service manager's attention, he quickly brought my vehicle back into the shop and had the additional work performed. He was more understanding than the one service writer that they had working that day. Very disappointing ! More

I had the first rate experience that one prays for when the driver of a Toyota Camry arrives at Crestmont Toyota after a huge piece of unsecured scrap I had the first rate experience that one prays for when the driver of a Toyota Camry arrives at Crestmont Toyota after a huge piece of unsecured scrap metal hurls itself off of the back of a truck driven by a negligent "hit and run" truck driver. The potentially fatal giant scrap metal barreled its way down Route 20 past Exit/Entrance #56 off the Garden State Parkway and smacks right into my car! The magnificent father/son service management team of Roger and Craig Wisnewski knew exactly what to do to rescue the front of the car upon my arrival for a two-day visit to the Service Department of Crestmont Toyota on Route 23 North in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. It was due to their brilliant original thinking and extraordinary instinct that they were able to rebuild much of the front of my car and make it safe both again for both long-distance and local travel. "Bravo!" to Roger and Craig! More

Great Service Team During the week of July 8th I dropped off our Highlander for scheduled maintenance, which was performed as requested. While performing the maintenanc During the week of July 8th I dropped off our Highlander for scheduled maintenance, which was performed as requested. While performing the maintenance work, the tech identified a leaking seal which either prematurely failed or may not have been replaced properly by another dealer. Erica, my advisor had brought this to my attention and quickly escalated to Craig, the service manager. At one point there was a significant amount of work that needed to be performed. Working with Craig and Erika, I was able to create a manageable plan to get the most important work completed immediately, while creating a plan to address the remaining work needed. The vehicle was immediately subjected to 500 mile harsh road trip and no issues to report. Crestmont Toyota has a great team and why we continue to have our Highlander, now with 120K miles serviced here. More
