Dear Sirs, I have major problem with Crestmont Hyundai dealership Brunswick, OH. On Jan 21 2022 I visited dealer to perform a mandatory oil change (part of the Hyundai included service). The car was dealership Brunswick, OH. On Jan 21 2022 I visited dealer to perform a mandatory oil change (part of the Hyundai included service). The car was in excellent condition had no issues what so ever. I change oil in addition to be included services every 4000-5000 miles, so I had a very good knowledge of the car condition under the lower engine cover. It was the 3rd time I was doing an oil change at Crestmont. Couple days after picking up the vehicle, I found oil puddles on my garage floor. Upon the inspection I found two missing bolts for under the engine cover hatch, the one underneath oil plug. The hatch was hanging down on two plastic clips ready to be ripped off by the airstream on the highway. Inspecting further, I found partially loose oil plug, thankfully I caught it on time and it was still in the pan (partially loose and leaking). I tightened the oil plug, carefully cleaned all surfaces on and around oil pan, and checked an topped off the oil. I called the dealer the same day and explained the situation. They said sorry and offered to do the inspection, I asked them to confirm that they have the bolts for the hatch to install them. They checked and said that they do not have them, and they need to be ordered for this vehicle (Santa Fe 2021). They promised to give me a call as soon as they arrive. A week later, when I did not get any calls, I called myself. They said that bolds have been received and I can pick them up. Then they checked the stock, and said the bolts ordered for me are lost (?) and they need to reorder them. And they call me when the bolts will arrive. Meanwhile, I decided to check for any leaks, just in case. Upon the checking I found more oil on the side of the oil pan. Please see the picture below. I identified a leaking seal between the pan and the engine at the passenger side front corner of the oil pan. This leaking did not exist prior to the oil service. A week later… Dealer called me and said they got the bolts, by that time I was already speaking to the Service manager, not the service department. I explained that there seem to be more problems and we need to inspect the vehicle, not only install the bolts. Upon arrival to the service department, Service manger had two bolts in his hand, ready. These bolts were size of the index finger and 4” long…. Which means that he had no idea what he ordered and what they are for. (The missing bolts are 10mm and 1” long). I explained him that he ordered a wrong ones… Then we inspected a car, I was standing next to the mechanic… Mechanic confirmed a leak from oil pan, and said that he has a bag of this bolts at his work box at all times (which is something to be expected they are very common material). Service adviser told me they they cannot re-seal the pan without damaging it during removal (why?), anyway they ordered an oil pan and installed two bolts for the lower engine cover hatch. Promised to call me upon the arrival of the oil pan. A week later, I called a dealer and asked if they got the oil pan, which they did. However they said they are very busy and cannot install it earlier then Jan 18th. On Jan 18th, the pan was installed and re-sealed, after picking up the car I noticed growling noise. The next day I drove back to a dealer. And explained that something is wrong. After an inspection they said that I have a defective Air conditioner compressor which they need to order. It is important to mention that bracket holding the compressor had to be removed during oil pan installation, see the AC bracket on the right side of the picture. After arriving home, I decided to check underneath the vehicle, just to find a missing lower engine cover bolts again… Every next visit to this dealer is making more damage to my virtually new vehicle! (17k mi) Please advise if you have any qualified dealer in the area and transfer this repair to someone else. My zip code is 44136. Couple more visits there and this car will not be repairable… More

We were disappointed this time. They did not replace the sticker for when the next oil change would be. Waited a long time. However, normally I am pleased with the service.
