The salesman was not upfront about only one key Fob available and never followed through. The vehicle was delivered smelling of cigarette smoke with an attempt to mask the smell with a floral air fre available and never followed through. The Finance girl was rude and attempted to deceive the warranty plan and did not initially provide copies of documents. When requested, it was viewed as an imposition.
