I think they do a good job, it just takes forever to get an appointment and you're at the dealership for at least an hour. It's much quicker and efficient at Valvoline. My only disappointment was that we didn’t find out about the special May rate until I baulked at the first rate offered. I have brought my car here over 10 times. The vehicle is still not fixed. The 2nd to last time I received my car, the interior was damaged.
