The front desk service was horrific. I was ignored for 30 minutes while a man from the desk service (unsure of name) with reddish hair was talking to another customer just about personal I was ignored for 30 minutes while a man from the desk service (unsure of name) with reddish hair was talking to another customer just about personal life things! Nothing to do with the other customers car issues. They were discussing old friends, the service desks person discussed how he is now sober from being an alcoholic. I could tell you everything they discussed and not one thing was about a car, just having a casual conversation. Throughout this cover not once did he acknowledge that I was even a customer in the room. It was absolutely horrible service at the desk. More
Worked with Tyler. He was young/new, but very excited about his job and the car. Was willing to answer my questions and find the answers if he didn’t know them. When done, had to wait close to a hour for finance - even though someone was available and was asked to help. The explanation was, due to the policy of spreading out the deals to share the money she couldn’t/shouldn’t help me. It’s poor customer service as I waited, and watched the person who could help me sit at her desk. May want to revisit this policy. More
