A lot of problems for brake replacement and tire replacement. I could hear the rattle leaving the parking lot. Finds out the caliper pin was stripped (hard to believe the car was test driven like replacement. I could hear the rattle leaving the parking lot. The trim that was replaced was damaged and was worse than the old trim. My loaner vehicle wasn't registered in the state of Ohio and had players for another vehicle on it. The service once I got there was fine. The issue is that when I called about a blue link notification and engine light on I was offered an appointment 7 weeks out. The only person who responded to me once was David and he tried obtaining information for me but Emily who took my vehicle in was not returning his calls. Found a Hyundai dealership in Parma whose service manager was more than willing to help me with the transmission issue and resolved it for me. Will never return to Crestmont Hyundai nor will I recommend them to anyone. More
Dealership is good for normal service, oil change, tire rotation etc. I had to have my sunroof replaced twice on my 2019 G70. The first time my driver side door was damaged and cost over $1,100 to get repa rotation etc. I had to have my sunroof replaced twice on my 2019 G70. The first time my driver side door was damaged and cost over $1,100 to get repaired. The dealer covered the cost and gave me a loaner. I had to get the sunroof replaced again in August 2023. It took two weeks, but they provided me a loaner. When I got my car back my headliner was trashed, broken sunroof parts were never cleaned up, screws and ball bearings were left in the door and center console, greasy finger prints, and debris from the sunroof and headliner was never cleaned up after the repair. Service rep tried to clean it and gave me a can of cleaner to use which worked ok but didn’t clean it all the way. More
