Was told if I could leave my car they would squeeze me in that week. Dropped my car off on Tuesday, called on Thursday for just an update was told mine was next in line. Called the following Thursday was told that they hadn't even looked at it. Was told between appointments, being short staffed and call offs my car wasn't a priority. I said then I need a loaner car since the car I was borrowing needed to be returned to ita owner. Was told they didn't have any. And David chuckles saying he would need about 50. I told them that they really can't text or call me with updates, since calling them and actually getting someone to answer is a challenge. Was told no. They don't do that. I picked my car up later that day waited 15 minutes before someone came to the service desk. While waiting employees were smoking in the service bays and just standing around talking to each other. And sales members were reclined back at their desks. If sales are that slow they can call customers waiting on service updates on their cars. I picked up my car and took it to Ganley in Parma who looked at my car, called and text messaged me with updates the next day. More

Went here for Oil consumption study. So far this process has been disorganized. First appointment we made we were not told to bring anything, just drop car off. My wife went and they told her she needed a registration which we misplaced. Had we known that we would have found or replaced it before making a trip. So far so good with the first appointment. I had a separate issue with my other car and I asked Brendan what was going on with the paint warranty claim. He told me when this was started since Crestmont didn't have a body shop that i could get three claims and they'd cover it from there. Fast forward 6 months and car still hasn't been painted and he told me that I'd have to take it to another Hyundai dealer that has a body shop. I was never told this and wasted 6 months of waiting. I will take all of my future service appointments and will not buy another car from this dealer More
