Haven’t had my vehicle in for any service since December 8, 2023. Don’t know why I am getting these emails for a review. I was in for a ride along to diagnose a whine in the drive train. It was determined that the noise was coming from the rear differential. A replacement differential is on order which I have been waiting on since December 8, 2023. Not happy. This will make the 4th time for the same issue. There is no communication to me about the ordered part unless I initiate it with a phone call. More

On 12/30/22 I purchases a 2020 Elantra that only had one key and key fob. Part of the agreement was that they provide me with a second key and fob. The salesman, Ethan, contacted me and needed me to send hi key and key fob. Part of the agreement was that they provide me with a second key and fob. I travel for work and have a busy schedule..After a significant amount of time part l passed I reached out and attempted to contact the salesmen. Again no response. I guess once I purchased the vehicle they cared very little about honoring the second key agreement which to me is not right. No call, no text, or email! More
