I was contacted by Genesis via email to schedule service, I replied and scheduled Valet pick up. Genesis never contacted Crestmont. I waited 3 hours for valet, finally contacted Crestmont thay apologized and I replied and scheduled Valet pick up. Genesis never contacted Crestmont. I waited 3 hours for valet, finally contacted Crestmont thay apologized and scheduled service the following week no valet. I have owned every luxury brand except Infiniti, & Acura! Genesis has a terrific car there customer service doesent match the product. More
