On 12/30/22 I purchases a 2020 Elantra that only had one key and key fob. Part of the agreement was that they provide me with a second key and fob. I travel for work and have a busy schedule..After a significant amount of time part l passed I reached out and attempted to contact the salesmen. Again no response. I guess once I purchased the vehicle they cared very little about honoring the second key agreement which to me is not right. No call, no text, or email! More

I took my van in for a recall. I called ahead of time and asked how long it would take because I had to wait for the van. They said 11/2 hrs. I thought was reasonable.
