We were on way back to Ontario Canada when a stone hit my radiator, draining the fluid out. The staff at Crestmont Hyundai went above and beyond to help us out. Rude in person and over the phone. The two times I have gone, their face to face presence is terrible. They stay on the phone and make you wait for a long period of time. After my car was complete, and cashed out, I had to wait a minimum of 15 min while they 'found' my car instead of having it ready. Car still is not fixed bc they had to order my parts for a horn after over a week. Will never buy Hyundai again. More
