My car needed more work done than expected at my appointment. I brought it in for an oil change and then decided to get my brake and transmission fluid changed. I had 3 work calls I had to take and my headset broke. I asked Diane if there were any private rooms I could work out of while my vehicle was under maintenance. She went above and beyond to ask and with her and Bills helps, I was offered to take my calls and work in the conference room upstairs. Everyone was so kind and patient about me using this room. Bill escorted me and told me to take my time. He asked if it worked out okay when I was done. Even Dave came upstairs to tell me my car was getting washed and would be done in 5 minutes. I was jumping on a call which took an hour and I really appreciated the flexibility, patience and support from the team. Athena was also positive and friendly when checking me out for my payment and Brendan helped me find my parked car after I was done.
