The service department is full of rude and un-helpful individuals. Specifically the service department manager (he's a real xxxxxxx). They don't care about fixing your car they only care about trying to individuals. Specifically the service department manager (he's a real xxxxxxx). On August 6 our car was towed to Crestmont, it just stopped working. The next day we called to discuss it, they thought they knew what the problem was, but was busy handling customers scheduled in and stopped working. The next day we called to discuss it, they thought they knew what the problem was, but was busy handling customers scheduled in and wouldn't be able to look at it, possibly for 3 weeks. No replacement was offered. We would call about every 2-3 days for an update, finally was told on 8/15, "we are not a call center, stop calling us, well call you if we have an update". Of course updates never came. Got a call from the parts department on 8/21 and again on 8/25 asking if we want to schedule our car in to get the part put on (mind you, car can't move, still in their back lot). This is when we get our first call, apologizing for the call from the parts department and assuring us it will be ready 8/25. 8/26, 7:45am, they ask if we also want an oil change, we did, it was due. Called back at 3:30, asked if car was ready, it was not. Finally got the call at 4:15 ready to go. So three weeks without a car, and no communication at all unless we called them. More
That dealer ship is incompetent at best . On top of having my car for that long, when I got my bill I was charged for shop supplies, rags gloves, probably the toilet paper too . I would strongly recommend going to andealership . This is not the first time I have gone to this dealership for work , it was the exact same the time before . I thought maybe this time would be different but it was not More

Second appt to get my broken windshield wipers fixed since new part was necessary after service advisor was very condescending that it was an easy fix on my first appt….well he was wrong and should work since new part was necessary after service advisor was very condescending that it was an easy fix on my first appt….well he was wrong and should work on the way he speaks to a customer and his body language. I let it go chalking it up to everyone has a bad day. On to my second appt which I arrived on time for my 11am appt and lucky me (“not”) I get the same service coordinator. I give him my name and let him know I will be waiting while service is completed. He proceeds to quickly snap back with agitated tone that the service will take 3-4 hours or longer with lunch hour coming up and they will not even look at until sometime after lunch. I responded that I was never told that when he scheduled this appt which was already an inconvenience of having to come back because they did not have part for the first trip. I did not make any arrangements to leave and again advised I would be waiting….so rude he was. After making my way to the waiting area and getting settled for my 4 hours wait….within 20 minutes I am approached by the service advisor who states don’t get to comfortable your car is done. Thank goodness I did not end up calling someone to pick me up and inconvenience a family member to bring me back. This service advisor needs some training and coaching on how to interact and treat customers. He is not doing anything for your brand and for your customer loyalty and repeat business. Good luck with that one. I would not wish the experience I received from him on both occasions to anyone. More
