Wish I didn’t buy a car from crestmont I really don’t want to get into much detail because I have already wasted so much time but I was sold a very expensive car. GM was unresponsive to issues The first time at the service center (Crestmont Hyundai) the girl in the service center was absolutely horrible. Very rude and talked back, made faces, rolled her eyes to various customers including myself. There was a older gentleman there who I’d like to point out that was very kind. While in the waiting room I heard a supervisor/manager discipline a employee. In front of everyone. It was really cold outside and he just wanted a break. I drove an hour and a half just to buy this car and it’s been the worst. Noooo thank you and would never recommend this dealership. Oh not to mention there was an argument about a sale between two sales reps ON THE FLOOR. More

Oil change I always schedule an 8:00 appointment so I can get in and out quickly before any backup happen. On my last appointment my car sat for about 25 minutes I always schedule an 8:00 appointment so I can get in and out quickly before any backup happen. On my last appointment my car sat for about 25 minutes (first appointment of the day) because there was only one tech in the shop. There appears to be a labor shortage or scheduling issue or possibly something more. I have many other choices for an oil change besides the dealership but I’ve always given the dealer a chance to win my confidence and loyalty...... need some major improvement here. On a positive note, I’m always greeted respectfully and professionally by the service writer David. My personal feeling is that the excellence stops after the service writer hands off the car. More
