I was concerned because my warranty is running out soon and Emily said this problem would still be covered since it was documented beforehand. She told me when a car became available she would call me to drop off my car and give me a rental until they can figure out what is wrong. Haven't heard back from anyone yet. More

Recall problem with lengthy resolution 2011 Sonata recalled to place engine knock monitor. Unless than 2 weeks afterwards, my service engine light started flashing and the engine slowed dow 2011 Sonata recalled to place engine knock monitor. Unless than 2 weeks afterwards, my service engine light started flashing and the engine slowed down. Had to have it towed to Crestmont. They installed a knock sensor harness. I picked up vehicle and the service engine indicator came on again as I drove it only about a mile or two. Took it back to Crestmont. They had it for about 5 weeks, testing and tried another harness. Service engine light still on. Evidently the problem was a defective pin fit and service engine light finally out. I've had it back for almost a week now and it seems to be OK. David LaLonde and service mgr. Robert at Crestmont were very nice and concerned about the problem and my situation and provided me with another vehicle to drive during this period. More

Over and above I entered the service department on my way to the parts department, seeking windshield wiper blades for my wife’s 2012 Hyundai Elantra. I was given I entered the service department on my way to the parts department, seeking windshield wiper blades for my wife’s 2012 Hyundai Elantra. I was given a warm greeting by a young lady named Christyn Koppa. She showed me the way and introduced me to Tom in parts. After purchasing the wiper blades, Christyn offered to put them on the car. I then told her that I was on my way to Valvoline Instant Oil Change, unless she had an opening for a quick change. She explained that she did, but that it would take 45 minutes as opposed to 10. Well, as it turned out, I ended up purchasing new front rotors and pads, 2 bulbs, a headlight and a spark coil pack, totaling $757.74. Her due diligence saved me time and money and my wife’s car now runs great! More
