Outstanding Service From the moment I stepped in for service to my car, I met friendly faces in the service dept. Emily explained everthing I needed to know. She helped me choose new tires, arranged shuttle ride to and from my office, provided by a pleasant young man, whose name I can't remember. A most pleasant experience for a chore that can be frustrating and unpleasant! Thanks to everyone at Crestmont!! More

Hole in tire I got a flat tire , had tripleAAA come change it for me brought my original tire to Hyundai to get it checked out and here they said the plug I alread I got a flat tire , had tripleAAA come change it for me brought my original tire to Hyundai to get it checked out and here they said the plug I already had in my tire had come out , which is funny because I never had by tire plugged at all before bringing it to Hyundai today my car is only one year old and I’ve never taken it anywhere for anything except. Hyundai and they tried to make me feel like I had to of taken it to have it plugged before but I tried to explain that is not true , so my guess is that between the manufacture and Hyundai itself before I bought the car which only had 37 miles someone had that tire plugged and it definitely was not me ,, normally I have great service with Hyundai but in this case I was pretty upset and not very happy with the service I received that day More

A bit disappointing The service center was ok, but I don’t know if the reason the problem could not be solved was due to the people at the service center OR the car itsel The service center was ok, but I don’t know if the reason the problem could not be solved was due to the people at the service center OR the car itself. There is a short somewhere and they could not diagnose it without pulling apart the dash board and I was NOT going to pay over 200.00 for them to do that! So I don’t know whose fault it is.... the people or the cars! More

Engine replacement, rental car went smoothly with no issues. Crestmont took care of my engine replacement, explained in detail what was going to happen and put me in a rental car.
