Came in for oil change and tire rotation Oil change and tire rotation was quick and easy. Asked for a car wash and was given one. Wish it was a better wash than received but understand car Oil change and tire rotation was quick and easy. Asked for a car wash and was given one. Wish it was a better wash than received but understand car wash is not a priority service. Purchased this car about 4 months ago. It was a certified used purchase. Car did NOT come with owners manual or floor mats. Dealer said they will look for floor mats and supply them to me when received. Same for owners manual. Received owners manual 3 weeks after purchase. Never heard from dealer or agent after purchase regarding floor mats even though texts were sent and received regarding them. After 4 weeks have heard nothing and I've given up hope. More
